Baggs (Wimberly)

Susie Wimberly Baggs, the daughter of Timothy and Emma Ford Wimberly.

At an early age, she joined Piney Grove Baptist Church. Later she joined Longstreet Baptist Church where she attended faithfully as an usher and Mother of the Church. She married Lee James on September 12, 1942 (38) until his death.

Susie brought eight children into this world. Bernice, Cleo, Lee James, Charles, JoAnn Baggs, Annie Brown, Shirley Jenkins and Lue Jean Busby.
